Limoncello Spritz

If you've visited Naples, Sorrento, Capri, or the Amalfi Coast, chances are you've tasted Limoncello.
Limoncello is ubiquitous in the Amalfi coast region, and particularly the island of Capri, where lemons grow to the size of grapefruits.

The Limoncello Spritz is a delightful combination of limoncello, prosecco, and club soda that will transport you to an Italian lemon grove. It's light, refreshing, very easy to make, making it the perfect cocktail for summer gatherings.

Following our High Summer collection that’s reminiscent of a 1950s Italian seaside holiday, we’ve put together the perfect drink to transport you to the Amalfi Coast, and a summer time playlist which will put you and your guests in the mood on those long balmy summer afternoons that drift into the evenings. It's the perfect summertime drink — like sunshine in a glass.Ingredients: 2 shots of limoncello (60ml) 3 shots prosecco (90ml) 1 shot club soda (30ml) 1 cup of Ice Optional for garnish: mint sprigs lemon slices Method: First, gather your ingredients, and fill a glass with ice. For a fancy affair you could use wine glasses and for a more low key vibe tumblers or any glassware will do the trick. Using a jigger or measuring cup, fill the glass with the liquid ingredients. Give the drink a quick stir and then add your garnishes. That's all - you're ready to serve! Serves 4
