At LILYA, we check all items to ensure that they are in perfect condition before sending!
Full priced items can be returned for an exchange or refund.
There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items. This includes Flash Sales and Promotions.
If requesting an exchange or refund, please contact us via email at email@example.com
We will then issue you with a Returns Authority Number (RA number).
Please note, we will not accept any returns without an RA number.
Returned items must be:
- returned within 7 days of receivership
- sent via a trackable post method*
- sent with your name clearly marked on your parcel and include your RA number
- in their original packaging with all tags intact
- not worn, altered, damaged or washed*

Returned items are at the expense of the customer and are non refundable. If requesting an exchange, please provide a suitably sized pre-paid post bag with your return. Your item will be sent to the same address in which you allocated on your original order, unless stated otherwise.
Exchanges or refunds will not be processed, until we have received your return item.
All refunds will be credited via the same gateway in which your payment was made.
Please note, refunds do not include shipping.
*LILYA is not responsible for damaged or lost items returned by customers.
