Feminine with a nod to 90s, the Regina Dress by LILYA is a unique layered lace maxi dress that will add some edgy glamour to your wardrobe. The lace features a dot detail and is designed with a v-neckline neckline, side zip, long romantic elastic frill sleeves and comes with rayon lining. Parts of the body like the arms remain seen through the netting adding an understated allure and it can be worn pretty with heels or more edgy with boots or even bare foot at dinner parties. Also available in a short sleeve Forest Top.
